Sports Prep Academy believes in providing customers with a 100% satisfaction guarantee. Sports Prep Academy offers both tangible and non-tangible products and services. Where Sports Prep Academy offers a non-tangible irrevocable service, refunds cannot be provided once the service has been accepted, billed, and paid, but we will do everything in our power to make it right. If we can’t make it right, your next payment is on us.
Non-tangible/Intellectual products and services such as Mentorship and Consulting are available from Sports Prep Academy on three different types of payment schedules: hourly billing, Subscriptions, and package billing. Packages are available in order to make custom development work available at rates affordable to persons and businesses. A small setup fee maybe charged followed by monthly payments. All Non-tangible/Intellectual products and services may be cancelled at any time unless time duration was previously agreed upon and there is no contractual term obligation. All Non-tangible/Intellectual products and services will remain the property of Sports Prep Academy unless negotiated otherwise in writing with the client.
WE DO HONOR REQUESTS FOR REFUND WHERE THE FOLLOWING REASONS APPLY:
- Non-delivery of the product or service: such as, for example, you do not receive a delivery of a product or service from us;
- Availability issues: such as, Sports Prep Academy is not able to provide services for any reason;
- Irreparable defects or grave difficulties with the product or service: although all the products and services are thoroughly tested before release, unexpected errors may occur. This reason should be submitted to our Support Team for approval;
- Product or services not-as-described: a request based on this reason is satisfied on a case by case basis with Sports Prep Academy reserving full discretion to make the determination whether a refund is appropriate.
